My family of 8 are flying CX Business class to Vancouver via HKG in June and have heard a few stories lately about the service not being anywhere near as good as it used to be.
I've always heard differently and it is all quite good.
We would appreciate any readers comments and experiences on the Perth- HKG-YVR route of late.
My latest question was raised as I have had these reports over the last week or so .
As such it is very relevant to ask what is happening lately .
Rather than just try and pick holes in my question please leave it to others who may wish to make a comment about recent flights.
Things do and can change over short time so it's nice to hear if anything has changed lately.
Are you trying to validate a decision that you've already made? Nothing new to report. I'd fly CX Biz any day. Only time I wouldn't fly them is if they merged with Air China and abandoned Oneworld for Star Alliance (Hint to the new CX CEO). Best advise: Give it a try for yourself and if it really is that shitty come tell us about it.

I have asked a very simple valid question that does not need comments on it's validity or anything else. My sister is paying for all 8 Business Class Fares and would simply like to know what recent travellers with CX have experienced and not some unnecessary comments about the question. Whilst it is true that our decision is made it does not hurt to ask what recent travellers have experienced, things do change and it's worth knowing if it has. If you don't have anything regarding a recent trip to add then just leave the topic to those who have please.
Your sister is paying for your fare, just be grateful and enjoy the experience. Service levels vary by airline and by flight. Even the best don't get it right every time.
Can't fault CX really. Its a consistent, well thought out product, though breakfast can be hit and miss. I usually pre-order the burger. There are much worse and of course, I'm sure there's better but the seat is amongst the best.
PS - Sister paying for 8 business class tickets?....is she single? :P
fatty. Thanks for the sensible reply. That's all I asked for and not some of these other unnecessary comments.
I just don't know why some people cannot simply choose to ignore my post rather than make unnecessary and unhelpful comments, your reply is most welcome. Thank you.

Mate you have asked this exact same question previously... What is the need to ask again? Were you not satisfied with the responses?

The enquiry is from my sister so it's not for myself I asked the question.

Tell your sister not to be too shy with the call button.
