Tumi.com.au have been running an online sale. Have tried to buy online an item but found out that it is only possible to do so when one also has a Paypal.com account. I raised this with Tumi as I do not wish to have a Paypal account, and was advised by customer service that this is the only way to buy online at present. I find this an odd practice by an online retailer. I have been advised that Tumi.com.au hope to fix this when they update their website.

Why are you so opposed to Paypal? You can pay by credit card through Paypal and be done with it, including with AMEX.

That's strange. I just purchased something from Tumi online with my credit card, but that was on the .com site.
