Forget Emirates. Because of their alliance with Qantas, their frequent flyer program has gone from one of the world's best to one of the world's worst.

Watching the news a couple of days ago really gave me a laugh - a woman said "I've never been able to use my points when I want" - well hello! That was never the idea of frequent flyer programmes anyhow. It was supposed to be a way for airlines to get rid of unsold inventory. I've never had any p...

As a regular on the 63/64 it will be sad to see the 747 go. In fact the nice roomy 747 business class cabin was one of the only things stopping me from switching my loyalty to United.

That used to be one of the biggest annoyances with the Emirates car service. I always had to pay an extra $50 cash to the driver to do the extra 5km to palm beach.

I've seen people sleep in every imaginable attire over the years. Recently I even saw someone strip down to nothing but a pair of boxers in a Qsuite. There is only one thing I would politely suggest and that is for guys to wear briefs under what they are wearing whether it's pyjamas, footy shorts...

I had an invitation a few years ago. I definitely don't have a net worth of $16m but do spend over $250k/year. I declined it because it was hard to see the value in the $10k sign up fee and $5k annual fee based on my travel and lifestyle habits at the time. It really only would be suitable for pe...
