I really hope they do something about the dimming lighting in the first lounge. It's like a football stadium. Not pleasant waiting for a flight at 2 in the morning under those conditions.

For the last 2 years UA have been a lifeline for us Aussies living in the Bay Area. Now they have the year-round 777-300 from SYD-SFO it would make it difficult for me to switch back to QF.

Forget Emirates. Because of their alliance with Qantas, their frequent flyer program has gone from one of the world's best to one of the world's worst.

I've seen people sleep in every imaginable attire over the years. Recently I even saw someone strip down to nothing but a pair of boxers in a Qsuite. There is only one thing I would politely suggest and that is for guys to wear briefs under what they are wearing whether it's pyjamas, footy shorts...

I had an invitation a few years ago. I definitely don't have a net worth of $16m but do spend over $250k/year. I declined it because it was hard to see the value in the $10k sign up fee and $5k annual fee based on my travel and lifestyle habits at the time. It really only would be suitable for pe...
