Does chauffeur drive still apply for Qantas codeshare flights to Europe operated by Emirates travelling in FIRST or BUSINESS class. I know it has been stopped for Qantas operated flights. I cannot seem to find this information out from the website.

I am quite sure it does as I just came back from a trip to the Middle East with a Qantas code share flight on an Emirates aircraft and had chauffeur services in Sydney, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Short answer: Yes, and note that Qantas offers this too (it didn't stop as you described).

Qantas has NOT stopped this service on flights to LHR - and has just reaffirmed that this service will be continuing, both for the A380-operated services from SYD and the B787 services from MEL/PER.
It did drop the chauffeur service on flights to and from the US.

Qantas does not offer chauffeur drive LHR-SIN-BNE at the Brisbane end. :(
