Hi All


Any idea how long I should leave it before I make a missing points claim?

It’s been 4-5 days since travel.

Generally it took up to 5 working days. If not credited then, definitely submit a missing points request.

From memory CX flights used to post in batches, every Tuesday IIRC.

It is usually once a week and it will post without any intervention. One of the best systems out there.
