Hi everyone

Is it just me or everyone else experience the same issue?
I used to get QFF points no issue at all from Uber rides where it came once a month.
But since Feb this year, it became weird despite having done 10 Uber rides to & from Australian Airports.
Received 1 correctly within 24 hours. Received another with points way too low. Another 8 no news despite numerous contacts to QFF centre & Uber.
Would love to hear your experience & how you have resolved this issue. Thanks

Have received mine all ok. I do make sure I select Uber through the Qantas app though.

I received mine from May within a few days and like Brookf that was via the Qantas app to book it. This not the same subject I know but I have lately noticed that receiving QFF points for items bought thru the Qantas Mall are taking a long time, I have points pending to me from purchases I made thru David Jones back in May.

Took about a month for my bonus to credit, aside from that everything was normal.

I also noticed status credits and points from domestic flights have taken about 2 days to come into QF account. maybe they're having a slow crediting week or so? I found that odd as usually points and status credits are in QF account by the time the plane lands?

Where I’m finding things to be slow are from Rockpool group, particularly Rockpool Melbourne. They used to manage the process at POS but now have a manual process and 3 weeks later still no points.

Loved the old day when SC & points arrived within an hour or so. Now 2 days following their recent IT 'upgrade'.

They should have a tablet in the restaurant which gives you the point right on the spot. I spent $70 in Fratelli recently & received 400 points within 1 minute.

Yeah, they used to have that at Rockpool too. Has been a regression to the technological dark ages.

It's not just you. Everything worked fine for me and QFF points were credited until about May/June when things went awry. Right now, I'm still waiting on at least 4 rides which have not been credited after almost 2 months. This is despite following procedure as usual, and booking my ride after first opening it from my QF app. Not sure where the fault is. But I'll wait exactly 2 months before I contact QF customer service.

Hi

I have done almost 10 rides but only credited 1 properly. I contacted QFF 6 times with no outcome. Contacted Uber, kept told they are working on it until they said it is QFF issue to follow up with. It has been 5 months for me...
