Singapore lounge situation is a disgrace. Terribly managed and planned. Qantas knew there would be a massive increase in passengers through Singapore and chose to sit on their hands and let the highest value FF's get turned away.
Tried to access the lounge twice in the last couple of months flying One World out of SG. I'm a Qantas platinum. Both times turned away.
It speaks volumes that Qantas is turning away one of its most valued customers -- a platinum member.
I know his has already been discussed, but partnering with BA so that their space becomes a shared F lounge and QF space becomes a shared J lounge makes the most sense to me.

Talk about back to the future! Not that the BA lounge was anything special when it was the combined F lounge.
