Costanera Center Mall and its surrounds are pretty good. It is at Providencia and is the suburb next to Las Condes. It is a standard mall set up but has decent shops. There is a good wine shop near the entrance to the commercial highrise entry where the taxis and Ubers drop you off.
It really depends what you are looking to buy. I'm sure others will have their go to places.

Try Mall Parque Arauco it's in Las Condes.
