I am soon travelling on Emirates on a Boeing 777-300ER Melbourne to Singapore in Business. Is there any way of identifying whether or not it will be the latest business seats or the older ones?
Does anyone know what proportion of the fleet is ‘new’ v ‘old’? I believe there has been no retrofitting of ‘old’ aircraft...

It will be the old one. Emirates don't fly any new B77W business to Australia yet.
