What time does Qantas check-in open at LHR for QF2?

What time does Qantas check-in open at LHR for QF2? Last time I did that flight they opened 5 hrs before, at 4.30 pm, rather than the usual 3 hrs. Is that still the case?

Qantas' Website states the following as a general rule: http://www.qantas.com.au/travel/airlines/international-check-in-times/global/en

It could however be up to Qantas staff at LHR as to what time they open.

I have just seen the following on the QF airport guide for LHR:

Check-in is located in Zone G for First, Business and Premium Economy customers, Platinum Frequent Flyers and Qantas Club members. Check-in for Economy customers is located in Zone F.

Check-in opens 5 hours before Qantas International flights to Australia.

Thanks for clarifying this for me, for the Qantas website has misleading information, as shown by Nick.  It's a similar situation at LAX, where check-in for the 10.20 pm QF12 flight opens more than 8 hrs ahead, at 2 pm.

Well I am at heathrow now less than 4 hours before departure and there is no sign of any Qantas staff
