Thought this might be of interest to some people. I haven't had the email yet though. The line that gets me is "These changes come as a result of member feedback from our recent Koru Programme survey." They have ignored every other aspect it appears of the survey as it's not in their interests? (such as improved food, drink, earn and burn rates, upgrades)

That's how Air NZ behaves. Has done for ages. It's a good LCC, a poor choice for premium flyers. I used to be NZ Gold Elite, switched to Qantas (out of the frying pan into the fire?).
