Are there any direct flights operated by QF (metal) to Beijing or Shanghai (or any other mainland Chinese port) from Brisbane?

You got MU to PVG (QF codeshare) no PEK (May be back early next year for seasonal flights on CA)

QF metal no, thought the Chinese airlines are fine from BNE, though both Hainan and China Eastern (QF Codeshare) used outdated products from Brisbane when I flew them but had amazing domestic products. And fares can be had for ridiculously cheap, last year I got BNE-SZX-PEK-PVG-BNE for $1600 in business,

Flights from Brisbane to China currently include China Eastern to Shanghai, China Southern to Guangzhou, and Hainan to Shenzhen. Of course, another popular path is Qantas or Cathay to Hong Kong, with an onward connection. Add to that, EVA Air and China Airlines flights to neighbouring Taipei where there are also connection opportunities, not to mention the airlines flying out of Sydney.

Air China pulled out of Brisbane, however, so Beijing is no more. Happened around the same time that they also dialled back their Sydney and Melbourne flights.

Thank you. Not sure why the downvote for my question though?

Probably because your question would have been easily answered with some independent research such as a Google search for "Brisbane to Shanghai flight schedule"

Thank you. However, almost 90% of the questions asked here, all may be searched on google. If people prefer to ask questions here because they like the site, one could simply not answer it if they do not like it, or could answer it to help someone out. These negative votes are not very useful for mental health in my opinion. Why should someone be "worried" about asking a question, however dumb that may be?

Does anyone know the figures on travellers from BNE to China? I wonder if there would be the demand.

Not very very useful for mental health, you are joking right? I would take it onboard rather than rant about it.
