I have an international Qantas trip booked for June 8th, and when I go to cancel it, it's only giving me an option for a credit voucher, whereas I'd like my points & cash refunded. Anyone else experienced this? Do I need to join the Qantas call waiting to sort this out?

Dont know if it helps, but I also got a refund for my two flights.

Use https://www.qantas.com/au/en/support/contact-us/customer-care-feedback-form.html or send Qantas a message through their Facebook page.
PS Maddy - if contacting Qantas via Messenger, be sure in your initial message to give them your full name/PNR/phone contact and email address in PNR and flight details (incl dates of travel). Otherwise they will message you back asking for these details, for security, before they can proceed with answering your query.
Great! Thank you, I'll try this route instead. Still not sure why I only have the voucher option showing, but glad to know I'll get my $$ back!

Had a business RWT with Qantas commencing 24th June. Contacted Qantas, they told me it wouldn't happen and said a refund would be provided. Money is now back in the bank, no problems encounted. The staff were amazing and co-operative, and this is why I have been a Plat for 18 years.
Yes! They've been sensational on all other cancellations, and I love Qantas, just sounds like this is a blip.

The sms is currently not in operation. Had a round world trip booked for May & June. Cancelled all sectors around 2 April. Got all points with no xxl penalty within 3 days but still waiting for the taxes and surcharges to be refunded
