I've been trying to cancel a flight with VA but no one is at there contact centre, any ideas?

I successfully called Virgin this morning, to change a flight booking, on my second attempt. On the first attempt I got a recorded message saying that the call centre was closed. I hung up and called again immediately. This time, after a 45-minute wait time on hold, I got put through and successfully changed my flight booking.
So with Virgin at the moment it's a case of if at first you don't succeed...
