Anyone heard back about the offer? I had an email from them yesterday asking for another image of my VA platinum card that said, once received, they would approve my Fast Track. Anyone else heard from Qantas Frequent Flyer?
His physical velocity card does not have a "expiry date" on it only a review date.
He sent a copy of his E-Velocity card with the expiry date on it from the Velocity app (long press the lock button plus volume down button to get a screenshot in the app of the E-Velocity Card and send to Qantas).
The next day after replying to the email he got the match with no further issues.

A friend had the same issue.
His physical velocity card does not have a "expiry date" on it only a review date.
