Jan 21, 2021, 02:17 AMThank you so much. I didn't find the information needed in the guide or the FAQ. However for those in the same situation as me, after consulting the full legislation (thanks for the link!), Art.2.2(d) reads "This Regulation does not apply to holders of residence permits".
