• QF has become totally unreliable . I will not be booking and future flights with the airline as I have endured too many flight changes , cancellations or reroutings. The current situation is untenable, it would seem inconveniencing  customers is now the norm and absent of remorse .

  • Great news let’s hope it’s not the convoluted Thailand option “no quarantine” but in reality  quarantine given the two tests , day one and day five, both require quarantine( 2 days in total ) until results are confirmed as negative! 

  • Totally agree just had several flight cancellations with CX and  no alternative options provided . I now have no confidence in booking anything as it is not worth the pain and anguish  associated with airlines cancelling with short notice leaving one stranded .

  • I received the same generic letter. It seems the points balance as at 15 April 2019 will be doubled. So the offer simply protects those points not transferred.Therefore I see no reason not to transfer now at the current conversion rate to take advantage of the QF offer or am I missing something? ...

  • Still true . I always use a second duvet as padding over the seat this assists with comfort and sleep . Pity CX don't provide a mattress pad which would make a huge difference to the comfort.
