Just a warning to everyone- double check your points posted from Virgin Australia post flight.
I took 2 flights this past week that were supposed to net over 6000 points, however only posted at about 1500 points.
Rang Velocity and they mentioned a glitch in the system.
Just a warning to keep an eye on what you should be earning and what has posted…!

Good reminder -- actually we should always be double checking points posted from every airline every time we fly.
Virgin doesn't have a monopoly on system glitches!
