Does anyone know what happens to the cash that is loaded on your Qantas Cash card when your card expires? Does Qantas send you another card that is linked to the same account?

When a Qantas Cash card requires replacement, due to an increase/decrease in status or whatever reason, a new card is sent out. For Qantas Cash, you will need to activate the new card again, but the money remains in the account and only the card itself is reissued.

Your money will remain safely in the account; so long as you have a card issued to you, you will have access to it.

Oh yes. And don't forget to feel really proud that you're assisting with Qantas' cash flow. A loan at 0%. Feel the love!

No different to consumers using transport stored value cards like GoCard and Opal...Except in the case of the transport cards you're helping Government cash flow...

Still feeling the love...
