Most VA BNE-PER routes operated by a 738 and one/two flights operated by A332.
Most/All QF BNE-PER routes operated by a A332.
I've found Virgin tends to be cheaper, but I personally would fork out a little extra for an A332....

Virgins ex-EK A332 has a pretty average economy product too.

If you have lounge access, go QF.
VAs PERd the lounge, you cant see out, plus basically toast yourself sandwiches.
If no lounge access, and cost important, whichever is the cheaper, of course.
