Does anyone know what new buisness product Austrian intends to install when they start refurbishing late this year?

Does anyone know what new buisness product Austrian intends to install when they start refurbishing late this year? Travelled with them earlier this year & the seat & cabin were dreadful although the food & service were incredible.

My understanding is they will be using the same seat/product that Swiss have currently upgraded their long haul fleet to, so it will be the full flat bed, which I understand is a very comfortable product and being very well received.

Austrian and Swiss are very focused on providing a very high standard of inflight product and service - and are both noted for their great food and service.  Interestingly their parent company has been very slow in reacting to market demands and improving their business class product but it is slowly happening

In terms of when it is being installed I have not seen an exact date but I understand it will start later this year

Thanks rcooper, I had a feeling that was the case. Great news & yes the catering & service were amazing so should be a great combo with the new seats - hopefully they'll get rid of the purple, yellow, green & light blue cabin colours too & go for something stylish.

No problems - Swiss really seem to be winning travellers and loyalty with their enhancements and Im sure Austrian will achieve the same.  Cant promise you wont still have that interesting colour clash...........at least it beats the boring navy/grey/blue the US carriers use!
