I suspect its because by definition it's a rumour until it's announced.
I find it strange that Lion Group runs these tag flights from Malaysia, rather than just using Batik/Lion from Indonesia. (Although Batik does fly PER-DPS)
Route is confirmed ADL to KUL via DPS, Starting 01 April 2019, times have been loaded into gds systems for travel agents, but flights have not been announced in the media yet and fares are not on sale yet and schedule is not loaded onto Malindo Website.
07:40 ex ADL arrive into DPS at 11:45AM
12:45 ex DPS arrive into KUL at 15:45

19:55 ex KUL arrive into DPS at 23:05
00:05 ex DPS arrive into ADL at 06:40
This flight is OD173
I belive there will be a press conference some time this month to announce the flights and the fares will hopefully go on sale soon.
It will be great to have a full service carrier to Bali ex Adelaide and hopefully this will also bring the Jetstar flight prices down.

Has anyone been able to confirm the rumor that Malindo (OD/MXD) will start Adelaide-Denpasar flight next year ?

I saw this on another forum, take it with a grain of salt since I've seen this no where else so there's nothing to back this up.
Malindo Air to commence services to ADELAIDE in Q1 2019 (date TBC)
Schedule as follows;
OD 0173 DPS ADL arrival 2100 1 3 5 7
OD 0174 ADL DPS Departure 22:40 1 3 5 7
routing as per other Australian ports. KL-Denpasar-Adl

Thanks for the info, it been interesting to the price rise in fares ADL-DPS now that we have only one carrier JQ, so hence my question.

JQ now don't include ADL-DPS in any of their Bali sales.
