Yes, that's no problem. Email [email protected] 48 hours prior. Tell them what time you want to be picked up and precisely where (the driver is normally happy to come to the AArivals lounge).They will email back to confirm. When you first arrive, go to the QF Chauffeur Drive desk to confirm that they do indeed have a driver coming at the appointed time and place.
