Qantas Chauffeur Drive LHR T3 Arranging a Later Pick Up Time

I am flying QF9 in J next month and it lands at 5:00 am. I am entitled to chauffeur drive but can't choose the pick up time on the Qantas website. After I land I want to use the AA arrivals lounge for a shower and a bite to eat before heading into London. There was a thread a few months ago where I read that if I contact the chauffeur company I can arrange a later pick up time and they will also call me when they get there.

Could anyone here provide either the thread or details as to how I can get this to happen.

Yes, that's no problem. Email [email protected] 48 hours prior. Tell them what time you want to be picked up and precisely where (the driver is normally happy to come to the AArivals lounge).They will email back to confirm. When you first arrive, go to the QF Chauffeur Drive desk to confirm that they do indeed have a driver coming at the appointed time and place.

Easy. Contact Carey Limousines in London a day or two before your arrival and request the later pickup. [email protected]
