Anybody been having this issue? Pick the discounted business fare but sits in and earns at economy rates. Both ways. (hope the picture uploads OK).

I had a similar post about 4 weeks ago. I don’t get why the ticket earns at economy rate even though it’s a business fare.

Looks like someone hasn't loaded the fare correctly.

The site is wrong - what it is showing is actually impossible. If you pay for a Business Sale fare, you will get Business points and status credits - and a seat in Business. The message on the coloured background about Y means that you are seated in Y - so that's not a Business seat. In such circumstances, it should be showing no Business Sale fares available at all. Call QF as there's a problem with what has been loaded onto the site.
