Has anyone successfully used their Qantas vouchers. It seemed an easy process and can see the credit, but the 'redeem your voucher / search for flights' button takes you nowhere.

Do you have status to call them on a bespoke number? An agent should be able to redeem your voucher/s and waive the fee.
