Cathay Pacific, Peninsula Hotels extend Marco Polo Diamond perks
Top-tier flyers will enjoy complimentary breakfast, room upgrades and airport transfers in the Peninsula's iconic limousines.

Cathay Pacific's Marco Polo Diamond members – including their senior Diamond Plus and Diamond Invitation siblings – continue to enjoy a little extra VIP treatment when staying selected Peninsula hotels across Asia.
The partnership between Cathay's Marco Polo Club and Peninsula Hotels debuted in late 2019 for Peninsula's flagship properties at Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.
However, those premium perks are now being extended to the Peninsula hotels at Tokyo, Bangkok and Manila.
The specific benefits depend on each Peninsula property but here's the core set of sweeteners.
Complimentary room or suite upgrade to next category: this is of course subject to availability upon check-in and will depend on the room you book, but for example, at The Peninsula Hong Kong you can expect to be upgraded from Deluxe Room to a Deluxe Courtyard Room, from a Superior Suite to Deluxe Suite, or from a Deluxe Suite to Superior Harbour View Suite.
Early check-in and late check-out: especially handy when you arrive on a morning flight, or when you're jetting out in the evening.
Complimentary one-way airport transfer by hotel limousine: this requires a stay of 2-3 nights, depending on the property, and booked into a specific room type.
Complimentary daily breakfast for two: don't rush! Take the time to enjoy a languid breakfast while you read the morning papers.
Some hotel-specific benefits include complimentary lounge access at The Peninsula Manila, where you're covered for everything from breakfast and afternoon tea to evening cocktails.
There's also a handful of benefits even if you're not staying at the Peninsula: these include a complimentary cocktail or bottle of wine or Champagne at a hotel restaurant, up to 15% discounts on spa treatments, advance reservation for afternoon tea at The Lobby at The Peninsula Hong Kong, and complimentary use of private dining room at specified hotel venues.
