Swissotel Sydney hotel gets a facelift

Swissôtel Sydney now boasts 14 new Signature Skyline rooms and suites, along with a revitalised Spa & Sport relaxation and fitness facility for guests travelling on both business and leisure.

The new rooms reflect the brand’s principles of simplicity and attention to detail with vibrant colour, televisions mounted on chrome easels, opulent wallpapers, contemporary furniture and carefully-placed decorative ornaments.

Joining a rooftop pool with waterside lounges, a transformed spa offers a range of Swiss-inspired treatments such as a ‘mountain massage’, stone massage and an alpine spa facial, and uses spa products produced in the hotel’s own gardens in Switzerland.

Swissôtel Sydney’s JPB Restaurant continues to serve up breakfast in the mornings and modern cuisine throughout the day, while Crossroads Bar (below) is the go-to for cocktails, Champagne and tasty treats including hazelnut profiteroles and brioche with smoked salmon, caper and Spanish onion dill cream cheese.

Located near Pitt Street Mall, Westfield Centrepoint and within easy walking distance of Hyde Park, the Signature Skyline rooms start at $345 over the upcoming summer holidays, while Signature Skyline suites begin at $500 during the same period.

I've stayed as Swissotel Sydney a few times since the revamp and can say that the rooms are fantastic.. It's a great back up if Hilton is too expensive across the road... Although Swissotel has gone up a lot lately also.
