The seats would be so narrow you wouldn't be able to sit straight to watch it anyway.

Per the article "streaming connectivity only" - so I expect BYOD or rent a tablet.
Overall with no headrests in most of economy amd no IFE, Jetstar 787s look the better option.
Also given Scoot is only showing 5 less seats than Jetstar but seemingly 5-10 rows of Stretch/Silence seats I think the pitch on the rest of Economy must be less than Jetstar

Sounds great that all will have AC power. So load up your tablet. I prefer an iPod, especially when the seats appear to be some type of fabric, as some velcro on the back of the iPod means I can attach it to the seat in front!
