Just noticed that the Qantas website has dropped the man on the lift adding the n and s to make the tag Spirit of Australians and gone back to Spirit of Australia. Is that a sign of how well the new advertising campaign is going?

probably just used as the initial marketing blitz. I saw outside of SYD airport they were putting up a huge new QF ad with the new campaign this afternoon.

Good eye mitchimus! Qantas wanted people to be aware that they were starting the campaign and to get them involved. They also wanted Australians to feel that this airline cares about them so they support it but this slogan isn't Qantas' trademark and they can't use it often. They have received enough supporters and they have released their campaign already so they are using their original slogan again.

They will change an A380-800 and one 737-800 with the 'ns' at the end so people remember them and know they support Australians. I wonder how they are going to go with this campaign on domestic NZ flights.

aero-seat, Qantas haven't operated domestic NZ flights since June 2009 when Jetstar took over all domestic routes.
