Has anyone found lately, that if you book a Jetstar Domestic, and have the PLUS option, that your status credits and points do not automatically get credited to your FF account and you actually have to check and make a physical claim for missing points.
Chek guys as this has happened to me 3 times out of my last 4 Jetstar fights - note I only go Jetstar to locations that they service and it is convenient, and would also mention the service from the ground staff has improved.
Once the management and the other corporate rip offs can match the ground crew, then Jetstar may be able to pull them out from bottom of the class.
Mine has been credited every time but takes between 7-10 days from the flight being completed. Did you wait out the full 7-10 days? It eventually arrives.
Just checked my Qantas FF account...it was credited 11-17 days after my flight was completed!! But it was done without me chasing them. If you require those SC's in a hurry to chase status, best not to rely on JQ crediting them quickly. They eventually turn up in your account, just not that soon.
I flew Jetstar on 18 December and didn't receive points/status credits until 3 January (16 days later). I was just at the point of logging a missing points claim with Qantas when the points came through. It's hard to understand why in this day and age it takes so long for these things to process. Is it unreasonable to expect that points credit immediately or at the very least within 24 hours?

Have you tried VA yet, QFF points and SC credit has spoilt us all

Yes it's unreasonable especially with a low cost carrier, common sense really
