I think that is unlikely. VA's application for HND hasn't appeared on the IASC website, and the due date to put in the application was close of business yesterday.

Virgin filed its application yesterday, we should see it very very soon...
Looks like it's been formally posted on the IASC website (in addition to the ET article).
BNE-HND with a codeshare partnership with ANA. Sensible decision rather than blindly going after SYD/MEL.
