Tamworth Airport gained a new Qantas lounge this week, to cater for what the airline describes as "the growing demand for premium air travel from the region’s business and leisure travellers."
Part of Qantas' network of regional lounges, it's a scaled-down version of the Qantas Club model.
The compact space ticks the basic boxes of what you'd want while waiting for your QantasLink flight to Sydney.
That includes free wireless Internet plus a selection of light snacks and drinks.
Qantas says the lounge also showcases a signature piece of art from local Tamworth artist Warwick Keen.
