You obviously have the time to do it, so keep doing it. There is no way that I, nor my team would want to look after our own travel bookings. For our business, the service fee charged is great value and our travel manager is wonderful.

I know we all want wide-body, but couldn't they have downgraded to a 738? or was the route performance really that bad? I reckon have a mini hub out of PER. PER - SIN, CGK and KUL... using the newer 738's if possible. :D

Didn't they only have about 4 first class seats in a 777 anyway? While I understand that there is a drop in First class demand, is there ever any value in keeping a small first cabin going... Obviously sell as much as you can, but then use whatever is left to upgrade your most loyal customer base...

TG is a classic airline. Great service, tasty food and roomy Y seats. They may not be all wizz-bang like QF, SQ and EK, but they are pretty special to fly with. I recommend them, but as TRB states, BKK is not the coolest airport to transit via.

Go QF via BNE... I have always found that the QF product, and the QF B747 cabin crew to be the best mix for a great inflight experience across the pacific.

Each brand is designed to look after a particular niche in the business travel market. FCBT looks after SME's that spend up to say $500k a year on travel, CT larger corporations that would spend between $500k and $2 million, and FCM looks after the large multinational companies. I am not too...

The new QF A330-300 seat map is available for browsing. Is this configuration loaded onto any sectors yet? I have a BNE - SIN flight in April, but still looks like the old Skybed configuration.
