Oct 09, 2014, 07:59 PMYou obviously have the time to do it, so keep doing it. There is no way that I, nor my team would want to look after our own travel bookings. For our business, the service fee charged is great value and our travel manager is wonderful.

May 02, 2014, 07:39 AMI know we all want wide-body, but couldn't they have downgraded to a 738? or was the route performance really that bad? I reckon have a mini hub out of PER. PER - SIN, CGK and KUL... using the newer 738's if possible. :D

TAM scraps Boeing 777 first class, upgrades business class
May 02, 2014, 07:33 AMDidn't they only have about 4 first class seats in a 777 anyway? While I understand that there is a drop in First class demand, is there ever any value in keeping a small first cabin going... Obviously sell as much as you can, but then use whatever is left to upgrade your most loyal customer base...

Considering flying Thai Airways to London in Economy.
Jul 10, 2015, 09:15 AMTG is a classic airline. Great service, tasty food and roomy Y seats. They may not be all wizz-bang like QF, SQ and EK, but they are pretty special to fly with. I recommend them, but as TRB states, BKK is not the coolest airport to transit via.
