Each brand is designed to look after a particular niche in the business travel market.
FCBT looks after SME's that spend up to say $500k a year on travel, CT larger corporations that would spend between $500k and $2 million, and FCM looks after the large multinational companies. I am not too sure if the 'spend' figures are correct, but that is pretty much how it works.
It is similar to why Flight Centre created Escape Travel, Student Flights, Travel associates and Cruiseabout etc. Each brand is designed to look after a particular market segment - It is a pretty big company.
