Has anyone dealt with FlatBedFlights?  I'm looking at going to London next year in June and they have given me an amazing business deal of $4990 with Etihad (return flight).  But I know Etihad doesn't book that far ahead.  Does anyone have an intel on this company?

Internet scuttlebutt seems to suggest one should run for the hills.

pretty sure companies like those just use points to book flights for people which can go against many carriers terms and conditions so its quite possible that one will be denied boarding. by all accounts online I wouldn't go there especially as there can be some legit sub-5k fares to europe

FlatBedFlights is a "scam" -  buying frequent flyer points that can invalidate the fare.

Flatbeds.com.au is a legit service which has some good deals (Qatar airways to Europe for $3900) but you might be able to match those by booking yourself.

QR did have a sub-4K return J fare ($3900 if I recall?) to Prague ex SYD the other day for later this year so it does happen legitimately, probably a safer bet just dealing with a reputable agent or the airline directly.

That's still going I think.
Plenty of flights to Europe around $5k - $4990 is not a particularly great deal, unless you really want to fly with Etihad.

Respectfully I don't know who is offering a better Business product than Etihad at the moment, possibly SQ, but that's it.

Maybe Qatar, if you can get the Qsuite.

Do you a link or a website for these fares? Just checked QR's website and no mention there. Thanks.

A reminder to all users that if your comment is held for moderation, please do not re-post the same comment in a different way in an attempt to circumvent the moderation system and have your response instantly published. This is against our comment policy and may result in your commenting privileges being suspended.

We approve appropriate links in the moderation queue as swiftly as we can (and now have an automated approval system for links to websites that we have whitelisted to make that approval process instantaneous in many cases), but posting the same comment multiple times creates more work for the admin team as we have to delete duplicate comments in addition to simply clicking 'approve' on your first comment.

Yes it is. And I've used Roundabout before and they're great.

Also mods re removing links, I didn't remove them in the second post to try to avoid moderation but rather when I went to post the second post with links, it kept redirecting me to start a new thread, which I didn't want to do.

I think the key thing here is not to make a second post on the same subject when your first post is pending moderation.

Again, we've had to delete duplicate comments in this thread caused by users posting the same thing multiple times, so please and to everyone, click 'add comment' once only, and if your comment is flagged for approval, wait patiently for it to be approved. :)

Understood, but there is a bug or design issue here. On mobile at least, if your comment is held for moderation, it redirects you to the "new thread" page with your comment preloaded into the text box. So it looks like your comment has just failed to post rather than be submitted for moderation.

That's the case with all of my duplicates - I didn't realise the post had been submitted so I went back and tried again and eventually figured it was links that was causing it.
