Everyone, VH-OQH is now refit and in service. I am on QF17 tonight from syd to lax and it is operating this flight. J class is new fit out. I noticed it flew in from dresden direct this morning. So obviously they arent doing the 3rd until after holiday rush as they didnt do the LHR swap around. We are delayed 3hrs so i can assume there was some light touching up and set up at SYD base that needed doing. So that's 2/12 done and about 7-8 weeks each it seems.
OQH is the third to be complete. OQJ was done in Abu Dhabi and was complete on December 10. The Seat maps on the Qantas website confirm this and threads on other websites. 1/4 done of the fleet done.

Interesting. I thought all interior upgrades were being done in France?
I am not sure any will be done in France. I thought only Dresden but it seems from the post Abu Dhabi as well. Makes sense as only one location if only one bay would be tight.

They did the refit for Vh-oqk and oqh in Dresden, Germany. Will see for future refits. Guess it depends on the plane and where they get space

I am not sure any will be done in France. I thought only Dresden but it seems from the post Abu Dhabi as well. Makes sense as only one location if only one bay would be tight.

Has anyone seen a review yet for the refurb'd 380? Can't find the one anywhere!
