Philippine Airlines suspending all flights to and from Perth from September onwards?

Hi, it appears Philippine Airlines are suspending all flights to and from Perth from September onwards, I am booked for a flight going to USA with a Manila stopover in December, I would like to know what are my rights in this situation? Please help

My agent called today regarding the same issue however advised that red-eye flights could be available from Perth with Qantas & Virgin to / from Sydney then fly to Manila with PAL, however this seems like a very long way around to me. The next option is a full refund.

I think thats about what our rights would be, option A or B :(
