Provided they are staying less than 30 days then no visa is required. You can extend that up to 90 days for a fee of SGD40.
Business travel may require a visa unless you have an APEC card in which case 90 days Visa free is provided.

Every Australian on holiday visa is granted 90 days there is no fee.
