Overall I would say yes. Although there is a bathroom in front of you, you are in an exit row seat which has additional legroom on top of what is already given. If you want a Premium Economy aisle seat, this would probably be the best pick.

Hi, I was booked into 24A on the LAX flight from Sydney last Saturday. Either 24A or B are the best seats in this section. 24 A has a bit more storage space at the side. Luckily I got a points upgrade 12F at the front which was slightly better!

24AB/JK are by far the best seats in the reconfigured A380. I'd take a window (A/K) seat over the aisles because of the side storage and window to lean on. Not sure if it'd bother you, but you'll also have a FA sitting and facing you whenever the seatbelt sign is on.
