I am a bit confused about Air Niugini to BNE. I thought that they were ending their 2nd daily flight to BNE from OCT 30 16 due to QF starting BNE-POM route. However I have just done a fake booking on there website for next february and may and it shows that both PX3/4 and PX5/6 are still open for reservation. Can someone please tell me what is going on???

I'd say ANG hasnt updated their system yet. I cant imagine PX x 2, QF and VA - 4 flights , all flying BNE-POM in the space of 2.5 hours.
