I would reccomend flying Emirates! They offer world class service and great connections. You would be flying a 777-300ER from Adelaide to Dubai and an A380 on some flights from Dubai to Moscow! Or you could backtrack to Sydney or Melbourne and have an A380 service all the way to Moscow which means a fully flat bed, great Emirates service, world's best inflight entertainment and a bar/lounge at the back! Chris makes a good point – 'best' and 'cheapest' are usually two very different things.

I will go to melbourne and have an A380 trip from MEL-Dubai and A380 from Dubai to moscow thanks guys for answering.
