I'll be heading out from MEL via DXB to LHR in May and wondered if anyone could give me the heads up on lounge access using these passes in Dubai on the outward and inbound legs of my trip so I can grab a shower.

I'll be flying Qantas economy the entire round trip.

Which airline's lounge passes are they? What sort of pass are they?

Generally if they are Qantas lounge passes these can only be used at Qantas operated lounges, of which there are none in DBX or LHR.
