The basic ones are pretty much as good as you are going to get:  Seatguru, Seat expert, Seat Maestro etc. Also I definitely recommend to check out 'The Source' websites if you are flying with applicable airlines:

• Virgin Australia
• JetStar
• British Airways
• Virgin Atlantic
• easyJet
• KLM
• Emirates
• Etihad
• Qatar Airways

To get these just google 'The_________ source'.
