Can anybody confirm that a Qantas Platinum FF traveling in Business Class on an EK ticketed and operated flight gets access to Emirates First Class lounges in DXB?
Also is there any EK arrivals (airside) lounge access? I will be transiting on to an unaffiliated airline with 7hours to kill.
Yes you can access the EK first lounge which is very quite but apart from that underwhelming. The table service for the a la carte was very slow, no checking on customers for coffee/wine top up, poor plating of food etc. Don’t expect QF first lounge standard service. However they do have a great but well hidden sushi bar.

You clearly haven't spent any time in QF F lounge in Sydney during morning rush......when service is appalling. Never enough staff despite those on duty doing their absolute best. Getting a table can also be a challenge at times. EK First lounge is bliss. Quiet, lots of space, excellent food.

Yes. But only when your next flight is on EK so you'd only get access on return leg.
