LHR lounges
Aug 22, 2024, 05:19 PMOther than being an F pax and being able to access the Concorde lounge, Galleries First and Galleries are busy, zoo, cafeteria style lounges. Modern yes, but waaaay overcrowded most times. That said, I wouldn't bother changing terminals; that in itself is a painful exercise - air or land side.
