Just wondering if anyone else has had their status match challenge (achieve 100 status credits in 3 months) confirmed by Qantas? I applied in mid December and had a reply within 3 days asking me to send the required details (Velocity Status, points statement, copy of card etc) which I did. 5 weeks later I received the same email again asking for the same information (but with a different reference number) so I replied to that also, but still haven't heard back.
Has anyone else had the same experience?
