I am travelling on Premium Economy to the US and want to know if it allows me into the Qantas lounge? ( I am a QFF member)

AFAIK not unless you have Qantas card with such a privledge. Premium is still economy.

Unfortunately not unless you purchase a Qclub membership.
If travelling on A380, you will however have access to the 4 seat 'lounge' up the front of the plane :)
