Hello All, I normally fly J class from Perth to Denver USA about 3 or 4X per year with QF. I've seen a Virgin Australia fare about 5K cheaper than QF. Does anyone who has flown Aus to USA with QF and VA have a view about the quality of Virgin? I've never flown them and have no status. I'm QF Platinum so sometimes get free upgraded to First and also I like the Sydney lounge. Any views on the Virgin experience?

Unfortunately VA's partners DL and VX don't fly LAX-DEN nonstop, so you've got an extra flight, probably via SLC on DL. VA's business class is good, but not a patch on QF's First I suspect. Gotta love the onboard bar (s)!
