It's not been completed and there is no firm opening date, beyond what I've heard most recenrly which is January 2014. As soon as there's a date we'll have a story on AusBT, in fact I'm waiting now to hear back from SkyTeam for a follow-up article on the lounge which may even include artist concepts of the interior...
CZ has the most seats to SYD among the SkyTeam members. However given KE is probably the most "premium" member serving SYD, they may run it? I don't see DL/AR/MU/CI/VN operating the lounge. GA might be a long shot?

It will be managed by SKYTEAM as is the case in London. I really hoped that the loung would have been open ny December.

Actually, SkyTeam's Sydney lounge will be managed by Plaza Premium (which also manages Cathay's new The Bridge lounge at HK).
