Emirates Dubai lounges for Admirals Club members on Qantas flights

EK Dubai lounges for Admirals Club members - Can an Admirals Club member gain access to the EK DXB Business lounge when flying on QF1/2, QF9/10 in Economy/PE?

Can the said member also gain access to the Admirals Club at LHR when flying out of LHR on QF2 or QF10?

While it is clear that access to the Qantas Business Lounge at SYD and MEL is available to said member, it is not so clear for LHR and particularly DXB.

RB...I traveled on QF1 to LHR late last year with a coleague who was back in PE.He is a entry level admirals club member with a purchased QF ticket number/no code share.While i was traveling in first class,i  got him into the first lounge as my guest.  He was denied access to the EK Dubai lounges,they advised him there was no arrangement.He also had no problem using the AA arivials lounge,and the admirals club in LHR on his own accord prior to his return on QF2.
